Yes — fully free during the beta period. No credit card required. When paid plans launch we'll give early users a heads up well in advance.
Do I need to download an app? +
No. IRONLOG runs in Safari on iPhone. Open the link, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and it launches fullscreen like a native app. No App Store required.
Will my data be saved? +
Yes. Create a free account with your email and password. Your workouts, progress, and settings sync to the cloud and stay with you across devices and sessions.
What training programs are included? +
Five fully structured programs: Full Body (3x/week, beginner), Upper/Lower (4x/week, intermediate), Push Pull Legs (6x/week, intermediate), Classic Physique (5x/week, advanced), and Arnold Split (6x/week, advanced). Every program includes warm-ups, main work, abs, and progression rules.
What if I don't follow a specific diet? +
Standard diet is the default and covers most people. You can also select from Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Keto, or Paleo — each with fully tailored meal plans, macro targets, and supplement recommendations.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No lock-in, no annual commitment. Cancel before the billing date and you won't be charged. If you cancel after being billed you keep access until the end of the paid period.
